Thread: 2004 Acura TL Pearl White full detail

Car was recently purchased used. Car came to me in decent shape, but had severe marring on all panels. Many paint transfer type "scratches" on the doors, from other car doors hitting when opening. Also many severe scratches on rear bumper. Previous owner did quick touch-up paint job to several areas on rear bumper. Looks like incorrect touch-up paint was used and customer wanted this addressed. I had to remove old touch-up work, re-apply new Acura touch up.

Process:
Blackfire Clay
Optimum Compound with Meg's Burgandy pad on "paint-transfers" on doors/bumper
IP on CCS yellow pad where OC was used
SIP on CCS orange pad on entire car
NXT wax
303 Aerospace on engine bay and black trim
2500 grit sandpaper to remove previous touch-ups
Applied new Acura Touch-up paint on several areas
Headlights wetsanded (2500 grit, 3000 grit, OC/Burgandy, IP/yellow, SIP/orange)
Scuff type scratch on LR taillight also address with above method
