TTP-Engineering is proud to announce that we have opened our STAGE III RACE ENGINE PROGRAM to the public.

Typically reserved only for local market customers whom we install the engines for, we have now expanded our Race Engine Program to the National Level. Anywhere in the USA, we are able to ship our RACING SHORTBLOCKs and have options for good core swap cost reduction!

We can build any variation of components, however we will be STOCKING our TTP Stage III M.S. Race engines as well as our TTP Stage III G.A. Racing Shortblocks. They come fully assembled as rotating assemblies, torqued to spec and ready to bolt together to your cylinder head, ready for 1000whp+.

We've been where you are, we know how long it takes to take out the block in your garage, strip it down, get it to the machinist, wait a few weeks for the machine work, waiting on engine bearings, parts backorders, the works. It becomes a drawn out process some people don't have the time for.

Our STAGE III RACING SHORTBLOCK PROGRAM has options returning or shipping in advance your GOOD CORE, or buying the shortblock outright with no core return.

Once you get your race shortblock shipped over there. It should only take about 24 hours for a good mechanic to bolt it together and get it on the road.

Here are some specs on our engines:

TTP Stage III G.A. & M.S. Race Shortblocks (2.0L)

(G.A. Stage III Shortblock)
http://ttp-engineering.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=419
This specialty engine is built with the highest quality lightweight aluminum rods available in the marketplace. Lightweight rods will allow for a lighter rotational mass leading to a higher revving, more powerful and balanced engine.

(M.S. Stage III Shortblock)
http://ttp-engineering.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=418
This specialty engine is built with the highest quality I-beam Steel rods available in the marketplace. Steel rods will allow for a very strong and reliable connecting rod capable of withstanding the stresses of high horsepower applications.

The TTP Engineering 2.0 shortblock for the Mitsubishi Evolution 8/9 is the highest quality engine available for the Evo. This is our top of the line offering in shortblocks.

The components that are used in this kit are among the top engine internal suppliers in the automotive industry who we have worked closely with in developing and machining the parts to our specific needs.

What is included in the shortblock? With the TTP-Engineering 2.0L shortblock you get the shortblock with the entire rotating assembly installed.

You will receive:

* ACL RACE Bearings (Rod, Main and Thrust)
* Balanced, turned & polished Crank shaft
* AMS RACE Shaft- concentric shaft for high RPM balance shaft removal. Will prevent the oil pump from failing from axial play and wear.

Does TTP-Engineering offer other connecting rods? We sure do. Upon request we can use other high performance rods.

Prior to assembly each engine is gone over thoroughly before we progress further into assembly here at TTP-Engineering in order to avoid any tolerance issues from poor core engines. If we start with quality cores, the finished product is perfection in engine performance.

Along with this engine we also recommend a new frontcase with oil pump, front case and oil filter housing gasket, new oil strainer pickup, new headstuds and all brand new timing belt, tensioner, autotensioner, water pump and tensioner bolt.

If you have had an engine bearing failure TTP-Engineering HIGHLY recommends a the oil cooler be replaced with a brand new unit or replaced with a TTP-Engineering FAA certified Hydrasonic cleaning service. Failure to do so can have catastrophic consequences.

PLEASE NOTE: ***GOOD CORES ARE REQUIRED*** Additional CORE CHARGE of $1750 (price includes block, oil squirters and oil squirter bolts ONLY! If a crank can not be supplied the crank core fee if an additional $650. If a core cannot be supplied for the front balance shaft, there will be a core charge of $150. If the cores are not at our facility before your engine is ready to ship the core fee's will be in effect.
