    Alpine single din
    polk momo components
    alpine 12 inch with 1000 watts.
    not a very "bumpin" system but i like sound quality and this setup is that!!
    I almost splurged and got fokal components because they sound absolutely amazing but i couldnt justify the cost!

    JL has a badass Sub with the W7 everything else just fall short and its overpriced compared to the Alpine Type X series. If you are looking for a SPL System then yes go JL but if you are looking for a SQL then Alpine is the way to go for the money. There are better subs than the W7 and there are way better speakers than the alpines but for the money I think you cant go wrong with an all ALpine system.

    Its not that heavy. 2 amps box and 1 sub. I say it weighs around 100-150lbs at the most. It sounds really good. I don't feel any difference driving around town.
